It contains all of the functionality of BSN, with less space taken up, so everything you need is on screen, rather than being taken up by a window.

Where can I find that top left clock+date? I know it came originally from an iPhone skin, and I was thinking about replicating it for rainmeter, but since it's already been done, I'd like to know where I can download it :)
